Gyming EVERYDAY!

Hahas actually not everyday lah. Got one or two days break. Cause I'm NOT like my two friends here who gym like everyday? xD But still I'm trying to keep to Kwoon Hang's ONE DAY HEAVY ONE DAY LIGHT gyming method ;D Had fun today gyming with Shannon and Jing Hang at Khatib gym. Jason had to go for his canoe training ALONE! XD
