Megatron contracted underwater?

Is it me, or is it that Megatron is smaller in size when in Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen? Never mind about that. I just watched finish Transformer(2007) and I really feel like watching Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen AGAIN! Partly it's obviously because of Megan Fox :P and also Transformers is not like any other movies like Spiderman, Harry Potter all that. I don't know how to explain it but I just had this strong feeling for it. So to all the people out there, if anyone of you is going to watch it, please call me along!(:
