Today is Friday.
Stupid day have to wake up at 6am.
Actually almost everyday also the same.

Class was kinda boring today.

Had training today again.
Very tired.
Wanted to sleep but can't.

Training today.

Coach said we're underperforming.
I thought so too.
Singapore River Regatta is just around 1 month away.
Gotta push harder guys!
Btw saw Yong Zhen at SDBA today.
She went for dragon boat too!

Went home to sleep after training.
Woke up at around 8.
Ate dinner and after that met up with De Yu and Cong.
I ran 2.4km.
They help me time.
I think it's around 10mins++ cause Cong forgot to count 1 lap.
5 laps in 9.38mins.
Gotta push HARDER!!!!!!
After that was chin up.
I'm still suffering there.
But I'm glad I have my brothers around who did all the push up with me.

Went over to De Yu's house to do some weights.

A day in Club House.
Kwoon Hang and De Yu had their endurance test today.
Both of them did very well.
Kwoon Hang the IRON MAN clocked 14mins.
De Yu clocked 15mins.
I was like 22mins lah.
wtf.
Great job guys.
I seriously need to train more.

Qiu Xun kena raped.

OMG.

The seniors came back after their endurance test.
Kwoon Hang did something really stupid and the seniors were about to tear his underwear.
Actually he did nothing wrong ah.
Seniors just wanna tear some underwear.
Kwoon kena "Shadow Kick" by EQ.
I could see and hear that it's fucking painful.
Even the IRON MAN had to go on his knee.
