I HATE RUNNING! ROAR!

Today's training was kinda sick.
Ran from Kallang to The Esplanade.
Then ran back.
Distance was around 5km to 6km.
Rowed 14km with 1 TYRE on board.
But with those FUCKING IRREGULARS on board too...
We carried more than 1 tyre.
